[COMSOL_Users] How to define a root with some scattered point

I want to define a root, along which I would like to apply force at different time.
The location of these points in Cartesian Coordinates are (1,1,0), (1,14,0), (2,14,0), (2,1,0), (3,1,0).
Actually, this is a S-shape line.
I would like to know how I can make that, thank you!
