[COMSOL_Users] How to plot polarization curve

I am new to comsol. I don't know how to plot polarization curve. I am using comsol Multiphysics 4.2. I am currently using "Species Transport in the Gas Diffusion layers of a PEM fuel cell', a model given in Comsol library. I will be thankful if anybody helped me in this matter.
