Hello all,

I'm having an issue with comsol. I first vertically exaggerate the resulting 2D Plot of my axisymmetric model (to do that I change the Z component under surface/deformation to 5*Z+w, the R component = u, and the scale factor = 1).
On the same plot I have the Principal Stress Surface, and the problem I'm having is that COMSOL is not automatically rotating the symbols if I change the shape of my model (see figures vertical exa and vertical exa2, in exa2 i vertically exaggerated the figure but the symbols have the same orientation than in exa which has no exaggeration).
I was wondering since the Principal Stress Directions represents the cosines of the angles which the Principal Stress subtends at the axis, if anyone could help me figure out how to change the principal directions under Principal Stress Surface.

Thank you

Nicolas

(ps: i added a simple drawing (rotation symbol) to reflect what I'm trying to explain)
